Most people starting out in the UK start off as self-employed, it is simple, cheap and easy to administer.

However, there will come a time, for some at least, where it is of significant benefit, to set up a Limited company.  As well as offering this service, we can also help you identify when it is the right time to take this move, and guide you through this process.  For most at least, the reasons for setting up a Limited company, are as follows; separate legal entity, ability to employ people, likely tax benefits, and to give a bit more credibility.

However, you will for example, need a business bank accounts for the company, and need to be capable of keeping company records and acting as a director.  And if employing people (as well as yourself), administer their PAYE returns, employment records etc.  You are also required to file accounts with companies house along with other company records.
